national ice cream month

Did you know it was national ice cream month??

I don't know about you, but i didn't really need to know that.

But now that i know that I don't feel so bad about getting my weekly scoop of my current favorite: SCREAM - sorbet from oakland. DON'T THINK SORBET. it doesn't taste or act like sorbet. its ice cream without the cream. its made from nuts.

i'd attach a pic, but i don't have one & neither do they! So i sent them a msg telling them to get pics & to have me take them!

My First Garden

This summer I am helping a couple of teachers at San Rafael High School with their garden. What started as something to do while walking Rowdy, has turned into a fantastic hobby & blessing!

Yesterday I snapped some pics of whats it looks like in the middle of July:
