I am training for a race from SF to Calistoga. Its called a Ragnar, and its 48 hours of running with 12 other people. I am excited & am running with 2 friends from college - who are flying out from NYC & Utah. Olivia & Laura. I love my ladies & its turning out that we do something fun every year together. This year's event will be quite the ordeal...

sunday: swim 3000 yds in 1 hour: 10x200free&100kick
monday: xfit
tuesday: run 5 miles
wednesday: xfit
thursday: rest
friday: run 5miles
saturday: xfit
