its interesting to see how an 18 year old reacts when i say "act defeated"... you don't really get the same look from a 34 year old.

September Running

I am training for a race from SF to Calistoga. Its called a Ragnar, and its 48 hours of running with 12 other people. I am excited & am running with 2 friends from college - who are flying out from NYC & Utah. Olivia & Laura. I love my ladies & its turning out that we do something fun every year together. This year's event will be quite the ordeal...

My training is:
