you know whats happening (and this is great.) whats happening is that loans are tired of calling for collections - tired of no one being able to pay their minimum rates. and discounting payments, lowering interest rates, just to get a freakin' payment in.
they finally believe us when we as a collective say: "i can't pay that right now." so many of us have said that- whether we like to admit it or not, and now they are finally having to bend, because small payment, is better than no payment.
i know this has been happening for some time now, with housing, etc. but its finally trickled down into small 1000 dollar loans. smalltime things.
and i couldn't be happier.
